The staff members were friendly and helpful, making us feel like part of the family. The service provided, from room service to car hire, was top-notch. The hotel's location was perfect, with its proximity to the main tourist attractions and being right in the center of the bustling Medina. Additionally, the hotel had a wide range of amenities, including a swimming pool, spa center, and a beautiful garden area. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel in the heart of the medina. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from the Chouwara tanneries, Al-Attarine Medersa, and the Nejjarine Museum of Woodcrafts. The rooms are spacious and stylish, offering a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff, including Ibrahim, Hisham, and Youness, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. The service was impeccable, with room service, car hire, and concierge services readily available. The Wi-Fi was reliable and the restaurant served delicious meals. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience.
The only downside to this place is that it can be a bit difficult to navigate in the evenings, but this is a minor inconvenience that should not deter anyone from staying here. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the heart of the medina.

Loved the breakfast and dinner, fantastic and delicious! the location is in a quiet area, but still close to the main attractions, which made the stay enjoyable. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with anything we needed.
I found it hard to navigate through the streets and often felt lost in the city. the location wasn't ideal for me because it was in a less touristic area, which made me feel unsafe at times.

Had a great Xmas at this Riad--food was always delicious and the rooms were beautiful. Located in the heart of the medina so it was very easy to get around. The staff were helpful and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The rooftop terrace was definitely a highlight, with breathtaking views of the city.
The beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable, which made for a less than ideal sleeping experience. the lack of clear directions to the Riad made it difficult to find upon arrival, which was frustrating.
